My notes indicate that Alfonso XI, King of Castile and Leon (died 1350) had two legitimate sons, Fernando and Pedro, by his lawful marriage to Maria of Portugal. He also had a large family of ten children by his mistress, Leonor Nunes de Guzman, including one daughter, Juana Alfonso, who married (1st) Fernando de Castro, and (2nd) Felipe de Castro.

he apparently had three husbands: first (in 1354) Fernando de Castro, señor of Lemos (who died
in England in 1375); secondly Tamarit de Listera; and thirdly (in 1366) Felipe, señor of Castro, Peralta & Guimera (who was executed in 1371 and by whom she left descendants
